I know what it feels like to compare yourself to everyone else, question your worth, feel disconnected from who you are, and struggle to find balance in life.
For years, I thought confidence came from achieving more, looking a certain way, or fitting in. After over 20 years in the fitness industry, competing in bikini competitions, powerlifting, and CrossFit, I realized the deeper transformation was never just physical.
It was about identity, connection, self-worth, and learning to feel comfortable being yourself.
Now, my focus has shifted from fitness coaching into creating spaces for women, moms, daughters, and teen girls to build real confidence through connection, honest conversations, community, and personal growth.
I’m passionate about helping people stop shrinking themselves, stop chasing perfection, and stop feeling like they need to fit into boxes they were never meant for.
Through women’s groups, mom & daughter workshops, teen girl gatherings, and meaningful conversations, my mission is to help others feel seen, supported, safe, and accepted exactly as they are.
Real growth happens when you stop trying to become someone else and start becoming more of yourself.
Mission:
To create safe spaces rooted in connection, confidence, honesty, and belonging. I want women, moms, daughters, and teen girls to feel seen, supported, accepted, and comfortable being themselves without filters or pressure to fit in.

You are not too little.

This Is Me RAW was created for women and girls who are done trying to fit into boxes they were never meant for.
Growing up, I often felt like I didn’t fully belong. I know what it feels like to question yourself, feel left out, and try to become who others expect you to be. That experience shaped my purpose and the work I do today.
I believe real confidence comes from being authentic, not perfect.
Through women’s groups, mom & daughter workshops, teen girl gatherings, conversations, and community events, I’m creating spaces where being different is welcomed, connection matters, and people feel safe to show up exactly as they are.
Because the goal was never to fit in.
The goal is to be yourself a Real Authenic Woman (RAW)
